Job Description
Mercor is hiring a Customer Success Engineer (LatAm) for a remote contract role to help talent apply for roles on our platform. The position requires strong technical acumen and excellent written English to communicate with users across the LatAm region.
You will triage issues, investigate using telemetry, build documentation for talent, and provide insights to improve the product. Prior SaaS support experience and familiarity with Zendesk/Intercom are a plus.
