Obsidian is seeking a remote Technical Support Specialist to assist users efficiently on our platform. This position involves investigating technical issues and maintaining a positive experience for our users. You will work directly with our engineering team to address user-reported bugs and communicate effectively with our clients.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in debugging web applications, experience with AI systems, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
This remote role requires working 6 days a week with substantial overlap with Pacific Time hours.
