Job Description

Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (LatAm) to support our AI-enabled web applications in a fully remote role. You will debug issues, reproduce bugs, and help customers achieve reliable, scalable experiences across our SaaS stack.

You will document findings, create runbooks, surface patterns to engineering, and communicate with customers with precision and empathy. Experience with modern web apps and AI tools is highly valued.
