TalentPop App is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a remote, work-from-home team in South Africa. You will handle inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media, assist with orders, shipping, and returns, and deliver high-quality responses that meet our service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of online customer service experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and comfortable using tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify.
