TalentPop App is seeking a Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist to join our fully remote team. You’ll engage shoppers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, identify sales opportunities, and help recover lost revenue while building lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of remote sales and customer support experience in ecommerce, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Shopify/CRM tools.
