TalentPop App is seeking a Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist to engage customers across channels, drive ecommerce sales, and recover lost revenue. You will build lasting relationships, manage orders, and deliver brand-consistent service in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of remote ecommerce sales or customer support experience, familiarity with Shopify/CRM tools, and strong communication skills to convert leads and close opportunities.
