Job Description

TalentPop is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist for a remote role. You will develop and execute multi-channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty programs to increase repeat purchases and customer engagement.

You will analyze customer data to identify churn indicators, design targeted campaigns to retain at-risk customers, and help win back former customers. You will manage loyalty programs and optimize subscription experiences to boost CLV and retention.
