Filipino Contractors is seeking a proactive Customer, Retention & Collections Supervisor to lead and support the Retention, Collections, and Escalations teams. This role focuses on reducing churn, improving cash collection, and resolving high-level issues with empathy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will coach and develop teams, drive operational improvements, and balance people leadership with hands-on support to empower agents in delivering excellent service.
