Remote Creative Lead – Brand & Production Strategy

HireHawk is seeking a seasoned brand creative leader to own the direction of packaging, web, email, and paid social. You will translate the founder’s vision into clear briefs, lead a design team, and build a scalable design system while maintaining high-quality output.

You’ll drive performance-focused creative for TikTok and Meta, collaborate across marketing, product, and growth, and own end-to-end packaging production. This is a remote, contractor-friendly leadership role.
