Remote Construction Project Scheduler (MS Project Required)

Overview

We are seeking an experiencedConstruction Project Scheduler responsible for both building and continuously managing construction schedules across active projects. This role goes far beyond creating a timeline once and walking away.

This is a technical scheduling role — not engineering and not administrative. Candidates with the following knowledge and relevant experience may apply: Construction Scheduler, Project Scheduler, CPM Scheduler, Primavera Scheduler, Project Controls Scheduler, Master Scheduler.

Responsibilities

We are specifically hiring someone who will:

• Build schedules from architectural drawings
• Maintain and update schedules weekly
• Monitor whether projects are on schedule or off schedule
• Identify risks and delays early
• Adjust timelines proactively
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into project progress
