Magic, Inc is seeking a Junior Commission Statement Accountant for a freelance, remote role. Based in the Philippines, you will own the commission process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and defensibility while supporting Sales, Finance, and RevOps.

Key tasks include reconciling data from HubSpot, preparing and auditing commission statements, resolving disputes, documenting edge cases, and building reconciliation trackers in Google Sheets. You will collaborate across teams to improve efficiency.
