FullStack is a Colombia-based software consultancy seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll and social security processes. You will navigate Colombian regulations, collaborate with HR and Finance, and provide trusted payroll support to leadership and staff.

The role requires 3+ years in payroll processing, fluency in English, and strong knowledge of local tax and labor laws. This is a fully remote position supporting a diverse workforce across the country.
