Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II for home-based work in Chile. The role involves conducting remote and on-site monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with clinical practices. Duties include developing monitoring tools, ensuring quality assurance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2-4 years of clinical research experience, and strong knowledge of GCP guidelines. Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and Microsoft Office is required.
