Job Description
Iron Mountain seeks a motivated claims specialist to join our Trust & Safety team. You will manage customer claims, resolve complex cases, and ensure end-to-end service excellence and compliance. The role requires a completed degree, weekend availability, and at least 1 year of claims or trust & safety experience.
You will work with a remote, distributed team, balancing profitability, risk mitigation, and customer experience, while maintaining strong communication across channels.
