Overview
Remote Call Centre Sales Agents are needed to join our virtual sales team. This is a remote, work-from-home role based in Canada. Employment type: Full-Time, Hourly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
