MCI is seeking a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented problem solvers who enjoy creating positive customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be 18 years or older, and have experience in customer service or call center support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and comfort with navigating multiple software systems simultaneously are also required.
