Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have strong accounting skills but must also be a fluent Spanish speaker , as many of our clients primarily communicate in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger bookkeeping, and invoicing.
  • Client Communication: Possibility of direct client interaction — the majority of clients speak Spanish, so bilingual fluency is essential.
  • Process Payments & Collections: Manage invoice processing, payments, and collections to prevent overdue accounts.
