About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with expense management, reconciliations, accounts payable, and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize credit card receipts and supporting documentation from employees and departments
  • Review and process expense allocations to the appropriate departments, programs, or accounts
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed
  • Enter vendor bills and expenses into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with preparing, verifying, and issuing customer invoices
