We are looking for a detail‑oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to receiving follow‑up guidance after their visits.

This is a fully remote, full‑time position open to candidates based in Mexico.
