Job Description

The Credit Pros is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English client service representative for a fully remote, full-time role. You will support customers by phone and online, address billing questions, and resolve product issues from your home office.

You will work 40 hours per week, primarily in Eastern Time, with paid training and opportunities for growth. This position offers a permanent remote arrangement and health benefits after one year.
