Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, seeks a driven Business Development Representative to grow our US-focused client base. This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified appointments with decision-makers.

You’ll use HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and LinkedIn to manage outreach, build targeted lists, and run multi-touch sequences. Excellent English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment are essential.
