Remotedxb in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Jira Administration Specialist to manage Jira Server/Data Center and Confluence environments, optimize workflows, permissions, dashboards, and governance for reliable performance.

You will automate tasks with ScriptRunner, REST API, Groovy, Python or Bash, troubleshoot issues, monitor indexing and performance, and collaborate with Infra, SRE, DBA and engineering teams. Russian fluency and English at least level B1 are required.
