Kelly Services Inc. is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines from a remote Argentina location.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS, while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an inclusive, efficient hiring process. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
