Pinnacle Security Services is seeking experienced Appointment Setters to join our team. In this remote role, you will contact property managers and decision-makers to schedule consultation phone calls for our Account Managers, who will present our comprehensive security solutions. The position focuses exclusively on opportunities in the Southern California region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to property managers and relevant contacts.
  • Qualify leads and effectively communicate the value of our security services.
  • Schedule qualified consultation appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferably in outbound calling or lead generation).
  • Full-time availability during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
