APPOINTMENT SETTER REPRESENTATIVE

Department : Sales

Reports To : Sales, Partnerships Manager & CEO

Works Closely With : Implementation Support, Owner, Partnerships


ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Representative  is responsible for generating new business by identifying, qualifying

and setting appointments for prospects.

This role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a critical role in

shaping their understanding of our services and value. Sales Representatives

are expected to manage a structured sales process, maintain accurate pipeline records, and Calendar management for in person sales reps, have alignment with company pricing, policies, and compliance standards.
