Remote AI Search Engineer - RAG & Vector DB Expert

BairesDev is seeking a Search Engineer (AI) to design and manage vector database architectures for semantic search and to build advanced RAG pipelines. You will implement embedding strategies, chunking, and reranking algorithms, integrating search components into broader AI workflows.

The role requires strong Python skills and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) and RAG evaluation frameworks like RAGAS, with excellent English proficiency in a fully remote, international
