Upstart AEC is seeking a full-time, fully remote AI-native Growth Operator to scale distribution, pipeline generation, and experimentation. The candidate should be resourceful, commercially sharp, AI-obsessed, and ready to move quickly with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities include creating content across channels, managing paid advertising campaigns, and building automation systems. Ideal candidates will have experience with U.S. B2B customers and strong English skills, and be comfortable operating in ambiguity.
