CoPilot Innovations is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to act as the technical authority across our engineering team. This hands‑on leadership role builds production‑ready AI systems while coaching engineers and setting high internal standards.

You will architect end‑to‑end AI applications, guide projects across multiple client accounts, review architectures for scalability and security, and mentor engineers through code reviews and growth plans. Fully remote with USD compensation.
