Alignerr is seeking software engineers to join a fully remote hourly contract team in Barranquilla area. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like developers. The role involves hands-on engineering, reviewing AI outputs, and providing expert feedback to enhance safety and reliability.

This fully remote, flexible contract role requires clean code and clear reasoning, with 10–40 hours per week and independent work on your own schedule.
