Voy is seeking a Senior AI Automation & Zendesk Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that scale operations and reduce manual work for the Patient Experience Team.

You will transform time‑intensive processes into automated, self‑running workflows, work remotely from South Africa, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams using n8n, Make and Zapier along with AI tools and the Zendesk stack.
