This is a hands-on role focused on production deployments, not R&D, so expect to ship with real users and measurable ROI. You'll integrate agents with CRM/ERP/databases and optimize for token efficiency, latency and reliability. Remote, international-friendly team; expect collaborations with business stakeholders and a bias toward practical results
