MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounting Generalist to support general accounting functions from a work-from-home setup. The role covers month-end close, GL maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a fully remote Manila-based environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to align with US business hours (PST). ERP exposure and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
