Remittance Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is the primary on-the-ground coordinator of the Global Filipino Banking Division in the country he or she is deployed to. The BDM assesses the remittance business landscape in the country and works closely with the Region Head to determine the best course of action to further drive up the business, resulting in increased revenues and decreased costs/expenses for in‑country operations.

How will you contribute?

• Monitors and reports the performance to the Global Filipino Banking Department Head/Region Head, ensuring that the country achieves agreed metrics in terms of remittance volume and value.
• Works closely with the Region Head in creating in‑country business plans to further drive up transaction performance, both in new user acquisitions and remittance usage.
