    • What’s involved?


    As a Relief Chef de Partie, you’ll be supporting the kitchen team during their busy summer season, preparing fresh food to a high standard while maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation.


    You’ll need:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen

  • Food Hygiene Certificate

  • Allergy Awareness Certificate

  • Right to Work in the UK

  • Two recent hospitality references

  • Availability from 22nd July until mid-September
