Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently looking for a Relief Support Worker to join our team within a supported living service in Wolverhampton.

We are looking for warm, caring and proactive individuals to provide person centred care and support. The service provides long term support with a recovery focus for people with mental health needs within a 24 hour service. We are looking for an enthusiastic flexible member of staff who is able to work on their own initiative. You will be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.

You will be responsible for providing person centred support as well as practical and emotional support to individuals living at the Wolverhampton service, whilst helping to ensure service users are able to enjoy valued fulfilling lifestyles.
