Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Relief Pharmacist to join our team based in Regina, Saskatchewan. This position requires the ability to travel within Saskatchewan, with all applicable travel expenses covered by the company.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities
