The Cleaning Team is currently recruiting for a Relief Cleaning Supervisor to lead the team.
About the role:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist our permanent Supervisors and Cleaning Manager with the supervision, training and compliance of the cleaning department while monitoring the cleanliness and presentation of the venue.
Duties could include:
- Ensure the daily cleaning requirements are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently whilst meeting Company specifications, compliance, safety and and food safety hygiene standards
- Organise, supervise and oversee the cleaning staff on various shifts to ensure compliance with work schedule
- Proactively contributing to the hands-on day to day workload of the small team
- Taking sick calls and arranging for shift covers
- Supervising and training staff all requirements of the their roles, safe equipment and chemical usage
