Responsibilities of a Catering Assistant


Washing and sanitising kitchen utensils and equipment

  • Ensuring food preparation and service areas are kept clean

  • Supporting chefs with light food prep duties

  • Restocking food stations throughout service

  • Providing friendly and efficient food service

    • Requirements of a Catering Assistant

  • Manual Handling certificate (training available)

  • Food Safety or HACCP training (can be provided)

  • Experience in catering or hospitality is an advantage
