Reliability Test Technician

THE ROLE

This position plays a key role in enhancing the reliability and quality of Isola's products. The primary responsibilities are performing reliability testing on internal production evaluation and customer product tests

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform reliability testing to evaluate product performance and durability.

• Perform CAF testing with significant care and attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to testing standards.
• Organizing and executing CAF testing of test vehicles.
• Document testing results, outlining findings in the reports on test results.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of test plans, results, and any other relevant documentation.
• Perform reflow processing with a controlled thermal profile.
• Keep test equipment clean and in good operating condition.
