Job Responsibilities
Participate in the design of reliability tests and the construction of test procedures:
Conduct reliability tests, identify and prevent product design issues, record test data and write test reports;
Assist in conducting failure mode analysis and root cause analysis, record the analysis results and propose improvement suggestions;
Collaborate with R&D, quality, production and other positions to support reliability-related work;
Track new technologies and methods in the field of reliability testing and promote their application.
Application Requirements
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in fields such as reliability engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, or electronic engineering;
Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with the basic concepts and methods of reliability engineering (such as reliability analysis), and knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is preferred;
