1. Reliability Strategy Implementation

  • Translate corporate reliability and asset integrity strategies into actionable programs at the site or plant section level.
  • Ensure effective deployment of reliability methodologies such as RCA, RCM, FMEA, Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Asset Health Monitoring.

    • 2. Maintenance Excellence

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance performance, equipment uptime, and maintenance cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive corrective actions to meet reliability targets.
