Reliability Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Reliability Manager to join our team and lead asset reliability across the facility. In this role, you will drive equipment safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence by implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and improve plant performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the plant reliability strategy to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs across all assets.
• Monitor and improve key reliability KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, and breakdown reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Optimize maintenance plans using reliability tools and methodologies (RCM, RCA, etc.).
