Join Saputo as a Reliability and Maintenance Leader, responsible for optimizing asset performance across Western Canada. This permanent full-time role requires travel and strong leadership skills.
In this position, you will manage multiple sites, enhancing maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Your knowledge will help implement best practices and facilitate regional performance management with key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead deployment of reliability tools like FMEA and PM Optimization
• Champion condition-based monitoring technologies
• Review performance metrics and compliance with PM programs
• Support root cause analyses during major equipment failures
• Mentor site teams in modern reliability practices

• Bachelor’s in engineering or technical studies
