Reliability laboratory supervisor

Overview

We are currently building our in‑house Reliability Lab staff and are looking for a talented Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise a team of Test Engineers/Technicians conducting product validation testing, evaluations, and failure analysis. The role coordinates test project timing and resources, mentors the team, and leads initiatives to expand laboratory capabilities.

What You Will Do Supervise, develop, and evaluate Test Engineers/Technicians. Coordinate daily work assignments and closely monitor the progress of projects. Coordinate training and growth opportunities for direct reports. Maintain regular communication with individual direct reports. Collaborate with other departmental Supervisors for lean process improvements and strategic directives.
