Job Description

Title: Reliability Engineers

Location: Swiftwater, PA – onsite 5 days a week





What they will do:

  • Improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs across the manufacturing site

  • Review preventive maintenance schedules and calibration activities

  • Identify unnecessary maintenance/calibration work to improve efficiency

  • Optimize spare parts inventory and equipment replacement/obsolescence plans

  • Work with maintenance data in SAP S/4HANA and calibration systems like Indiesoft

  • Document cost-saving opportunities and process improvements


Required experience:


  • 10+ years in Reliability Engineering / Maintenance Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering

  • Experience in pharma / biotech / regulated manufacturing
