You will be the Senior Reliability Engineer for the Reliability & Test Engineering team. Our team drives product reliability from concept to field, delivering robust designs, rigorous testing, and data driven improvements that keep Lockheed Martin systems flying safely and on schedule
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Senior Reliability Engineer you will own the reliability agenda across the entire product lifecycle. You’ll partner with cross functional engineers, influence technical boards, and turn reliability data into concrete actions that enhance performance, reduce risk, and meet contractual commitments.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Lead Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and produce reliability block diagrams and quantitative predictions.
•Create, execute, and track reliability growth plans; perform growth analysis to ensure program contracts are satisfied.
