Job Description
Provides reliability engineering support for both the internal and external customers Provide technical support for Reliability Audit Program as part of product quality assurance requirement Develop reliability tests capabilities to support New Package Development, New Product Introduction, Process & Site Transfer Qualifications & Evaluations Works on Continuous Improvement programs to improve lab effectiveness in terms of cost , cycle time, process improvements & to achieve zero quality incidents Establish Preventive maintenance requirement of lab equipment & chambers and ensure PM is being performed timely per master schedule Must ensure all lab equipment & chambers are up running with minimal downtime Work on continuous improvements programs on Equipment efficiency & automation Setup of reliability test process, reliability test equipment, jigs, fixtures , establish PM standards & equipment downtime is kept to the mi...
