Reliability Engineer

West Fraser Grande Prairie OSB is seeking an inquisitive, action-oriented, and mechanically minded Reliability Engineer .

TheReliability Engineer assists with the safe and effective implementation of the Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Program. Your efforts will improve mill operation through Root Cause Analysis reviews, proposing & implementing improvement plans and analysing data and historical information to develop optimal maintenance strategies.

What you will do:

• Safety – Design, implement, and support proactive safety action items.
• Own and participate in all Root Cause Analysis reviews.
• Oversee the life cycle program of process equipment to identify failure rates and failure modes – from which pro-active response plans are created.
