Job Description

IC Resources is working with a client based in Cambridge who is currently searching for a Senior Reliability Engineer to be responsible for all reliability aspects of new devices and ICs. The role will involve designing the reliability experiments as was as developing and analysing reliability models.
  • 6month contract
  • Onsite few days per week
  • Inside IR35
    • Required skills for the Reliability Engineer will include:
  • Deep knowledge of power semiconductor device reliability, Preferably GaN
  • Good knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis and software such as JMP or Python
  • Experience with semiconductor failure analysis
  • Good communication skills
