The Electrical & Electronics Reliability Engineering Manager will lead reliability initiatives for locomotive control systems and related components. The role requires strong technical understanding, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to drive reliability improvements through analysis, testing, validation, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead reliability engineering activities for locomotive controls, logics, schematics, system integration, component evaluation, and validation.
- Work closely with engineering, services, sourcing, quality, finance, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze system performance data, identify failure modes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
